I love to travel. When I am away I tend to take a lot of photos, I am not great at photography to subscribe to quantity over quality in hopes that some are good.
Because of this, I have lots of reference photos I can later use when creating settings for my stories.
Here is one such place: Located on Galway, Ireland, Kylemore Abbey is one of the most spectacular homes I had the joy of visiting.
While not the biggest or fanciest estates I have visited, this one, located at the edge of a lake, looked ideal for the home of Lord Buckshire. There are lovely walks in the surrounding grounds and even a small church onsite.
